These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Podcase mobile application and website (together, the "Service"), operated by Podcase ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Using Podcase

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features may require a paid subscription, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

4. Content & Third-Party Shows

Podcase indexes podcast content published by third-party creators and publishers. We do not own or control this content and are not responsible for its accuracy, legality, or availability.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer or copy any part of the Service.
  • Redistribute or resell access to the Service without permission.

6. Intellectual Property

The Podcase name, logo, and application are the property of Podcase and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Podcase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
